July 2016 – now Working as a freelance senior software engineer for various projects
October 2016 – Now Resolume B.V., Senior Software Engineer, main responsibilities in video format compatibility and external capture/output devices. Also the goto ‘git’ guy and responsible for everything DevOps related.
January 2014 – June 2016 dutchView Prographics B.V., Manager New Business, responsible for expanding to new business areasResponsible for exploring new areas of business focusing outside our traditional broadcast environment. Still also coaching development colleagues helping them solve their issues.

July 2010 – April 2011 Marketgraph, Development Manager / Lead developerAs development manager / lead developer I was responsible to oversee and work on all development tasks within the company. This involved their ‘standard’ TV gameshow software but also the new endeavors in mobile application development (both Android and iOS) to support these show formats.For the TV shows all software is developed using C++. The Android and iOS developments were performed using Java and Objective-C respectively.
2009 – July 2010 Mobile Bridges International Ltd., Senior Software EngineerHired to create a new platform for Interactive TeleVision. Based on my extensive knowledge about broadcast media I was responsible for designing the entire graphics pipeline. First production release was completed within 6 months time. Something none of us dared to expect when we started this project.For Airborne I modified the platform to support 24/7 broadcasts, and the software now functions as the primary source of graphics for the channel. The channel, TXT-TV, successfully launched with this setup early 2010.
The entire graphics pipeline is developed using C / C++ using modern STL templates. Development platform is a mix of Mac OS X and Linux based systems, deployment platform Linux (Ubuntu).
